我們計畫好下一個里程碑，打造全新的產品的同時，提高現有產品的用戶體驗。現招聘如下三個崗位（均為兼職崗位）:

## 資深全棧軟體工程師

參與開發維護網站以及後台。獨立完成過至少2個產品的完整開發週期，包括前端和後端。熟練掌握以下開發技術:

* Next.js (Typescript)
* Rust
* PostgreSQL
* Web Crawling
* Kubernetes
* Go(Optional)

## 高級運營專員

負責管理維護 [肉視頻](https://rou.video) 和 [肉漫屋](https://rouman5.com) 的內容，如影片的上傳及審核，漫畫的上傳，負責[社交媒體](https://x.com/RouVideo)的運營。具體要求:

* 對國產，日本，韓國AV小電影及車牌號如數家珍
* 緊追熱門事件，自拍流出，各種“門”
* 有簡單的技術背景，需要學會使用自研管理工具
* 有社交媒體運營經驗(Optional)

## AI工程師

參與開發下一代“AI女友”產品。產品還在早期階段，你的專業和貢獻將會直接影響產品的走向。具體要求:

* LLM從業者或愛好者，比較過各種LLM
* 模型越獄或者基於Uncensored LLM
* 做過模型微調

所有候選人需要具備以下條件:

* 工作地點不限，因工作內容最好在海外或有高速機場
* 工作時長不限，需按照預定開發計畫推進
* 匿名團隊，報酬以數字貨幣形式支付，需要有數字錢包
* 保持匿名狀態，簡歷請不要提供個人信息，僅需要郵箱作為聯絡方式
